- Only papers selected through a formal peer-review process are included.
- Suitable for complete research articles presented at the conference.
Information for Conference Organizers
If AR Publishers has already agreed to publish your conference proceedings, please follow the Volume Editor Guidelines carefully to support a smooth, accurate, and timely publication process. Conference organizers should ensure that all promotional and official materials contain only accurate and authentic information.

- Events organized solely by commercial entities are not considered unless a recognized academic or research society is formally involved.
- The official conference announcement should be available on the organizer's authorized website.
- The applicant should be a member of the organizing committee and have access to the official conference email ID or an institutional email ID.
- All submitted articles must be selected on academic merit through a peer-review process.
- The conference website, brochure, and leaflet should not contain misleading or false information.
- The organizer should confirm that all relevant guidelines and publication information have been read and understood.
